Talk around Fifa has turned already to whether China will bid to host the World Cup. The English FA, always game for a bid after missing out for and , is conducting a feasibility study for a joint pitch with Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Ireland. But if China does decide to bid, the FA is likely to view that as so strategically significant to Fifa that it may not be worth spending time, money and energy on a rival effort.
Infantino acknowledged that if China is to bid a change would be needed to the rules that a regional confederation must miss two World Cups before it can host again. Speaking seven languages through his presidential address but keenly aware of one all his audience understands, Infantino and his executives repeatedly stressed how much of the booming revenues are going to the national associations.
He ran that line again here. The applause came as a ripple rather than a wave and Infantino returned for a victory speech.

Hello All! I am Kuya Earl I am new to this forum and I would like to know if anybody can tell me what is the model of this serial number? I know it is a Conn N I have always wanted to learn how to play and I am looking to buy a good used one rather than buy a brand new piece of junk. Thank you for the help. It is a Mexican made horn.
They are not bad, but not as well built many times, and iffy. You can find them that play extremely well or some dogs, but I guess thats any horn. I recommend you checking on here. You will most likely find a much better deal than what many refer to as a Mexi-Conn. I personally would say go with aa Chu Berry.. They are almost always great players and can be had for a small amount of money

Current thinking is that these marks indicate a non-standard alloy, probably only of the bell. The suspicion is that a star indicates a gold brass bell higher copper content , while a “B” indicates a “French brass” bell. None of this is confirmed at the moment July Serial numbers with a “V” engraved after the serial number are factory seconds. Note: From on, the two-digit prefix number plus 50 will give you the year of manufacture on all Conn products.
Also, the serial numbers from – for the Brasswinds are for student trumpets and cornets only. Data for the years to March is rather sketchy, for it was around that period of time that the Conn Brasswinds were being manufactured in Abilene, TX. Instruments made during that period are not likely to be their best examples, as the workers were still relatively new at the manufacturing process.
In March of an alpha-numeric system was established, where the first character letter of a serial number indicated the decade; “G” for the ‘s, “H” for the ‘s, etc. The third character a number indicates the number of year within the decade indicated earlier by the first letter.
